By using the Wasal Agent app ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Service Description

Wasal provides a delivery management platform connecting delivery partners, agents, and merchants. The App enables delivery agents to receive and fulfill delivery orders.

2. Eligibility

You must be an authorized delivery agent registered through a delivery partner to use this App.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must provide accurate information during registration.
• You must not share your account with any other person.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

• Use the App only for its intended purpose of completing delivery orders.
• Comply with all applicable local traffic and delivery laws.
• Keep your device's location services enabled while on duty.
• Handle customer packages with care.

You agree not to:

• Tamper with or reverse-engineer the App.
• Use the App for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose.
• Share customer personal data with unauthorized parties.

5. Location Data

The App collects your location while you are on duty. This data is used solely for order assignment, real-time tracking, and route optimization. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and software in the App are owned by Wasal. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the App.

7. Limitation of Liability

Wasal is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

8. Termination

Wasal or your delivery partner may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations of these terms or company policies.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
